Are You Our New Associate Director?

We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic person with vision, compassion, and an eye toward the possibilities that support our mission of addressing the causes and consequences of substance misuse in Burlington.

We want someone with attention to detail, who has experience leading with integrity in a non-profit, as well as demonstrated community engagement skills. This position is responsible for project management and supporting the leadership with strategic planning, and sustainability.  Other duties include grant writing and management, fundraising, and the day-to-day operations of a small non-profit. We are looking for a strong advocate for public health who understands the role that local policy and practice play in health outcomes. Prior experience working in the substance misuse prevention field or with a healthy community design is beneficial.
