The Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community invites you to attend our annual Roots of Prevention Award Celebration to honor the outstanding contributions of our awardees to support a safe and healthy place in which we all can live, work, and thrive!
Please join us Thursday, May 16th at the Contois Auditorium in Burlington’s City Hall, gathering with neighbors, guest speakers, and of course our community awards! Registration and food service (savory appetizers and refreshments) will begin at 5:15pm. We'll wrap up by 8pm with additional time to mingle and re-connect with neighbors, colleagues, and friends.
This event is free and open to anyone. A $10 donation is encouraged to help us feed a guest, but is not required to attend.
