Improving Community Policy & Practice
The work of our coalition focuses on impacting factors in the environment that make it harder for people in our community to make healthy choices. We work to keep the Burlington community informed of the dangers associated with misuse of alcohol and other drugs and of effective prevention strategies. We provide education and support to community leaders and policy makers to improve local and state practices, policies, and laws to reduce substance use rates.
