What’s On Your Mind? – Community Forum on Substance Abuse

We know one of the best ways to lower substance abuse rates in the future is by delaying substance use while kid’s brains are still developing. But sometimes it can feel discouraging to learn about youth alcohol and drug use rates and and other high risk substance use in our community.

Join us for dinner & an open community dialogue to discuss ways WE CAN join forces to prevent substance abuse in Burlington.

Connect. Learn. Take Action.

Burlington teens will share local data on youth high risk behaviors and community strengths.  We’ll discuss the issues teens face like peer pressure, school climate, stress, drugs and alcohol. Bring your questions, thoughts, and ideas for change. Everyone is invited to participate in this evening of supportive conversation about how to address high risk youth issues!
