Open Position: Youth Programming Coordinator
We are seeking a team player to coordinate activities to inspire and empower middle and high school-aged youth to make healthy choices and to be change-makers for reducing substance misuse and improving health and wellness in their community.
We want a self-motivated individual who is good at building relationships with youth and fosters collaboration with other partners. This position will teach both content and skill development to support teens to use their voice to encourage healthy choices both within school settings and as part of afterschool clubs. Experience working with adolescents is a must. Experience in the substance use or public health field and with communicating with different audiences is beneficial.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Opportunity to work some hours remotely, however, you must be available to work primarily on-site or at schools in Burlington, including during and after school hours. Hourly rate is $21-$24/hr. based on qualifications and experience. Please include a cover letter and resume with your application.
