  • Because so much of our work involves collaborating with different organizations and communities, a sustaining donation of as little as $5 a month goes a long way to expand our citywide initiatives or provide additional afterschool activities for Burlington youth. Select the tier that works for you using our online donation form.

  • Substance misuse and prevention are deeply personal and touches all of our lives and neighborhoods. Memorial gifts and gifts made in honor of friends and family are an especially meaningful way to remember loved ones or celebrate special occasions or milestones. Your gift will help us grow our organization and expand our community impact. Contributions can be made in support of specific programs or departments upon your request. If you so choose, we can mail your designee a personalized letter, letting them know that you have made a gift in their name.

  • BPHC is pleased to recognize significant gifts through permanent naming opportunities including youth scholarships, community awards, or sponsored projects. Please reach out to our Associate Director, Bianka Çimrin to further explore the possibilities.

  • By making a gift to BPHC via your estate plan, you both demonstrate your care for Burlington, and offer hope for a healthier, safer community for future generations.

Here are some ways you can include BPHC in your estate plan:

Name BPHC in your will or living trust

Making a charitable bequest in your will or revocable trust is a wonderful legacy for you and BPHC. There are several ways you can make a gift to through your will or trust:

Unrestricted gifts: You can specify that BPHC receive a percentage of your estate, a specific sum of money, or specific asset (such as stocks, bonds, or real or personal property). The most useful kind of bequest is unrestricted, allowing the funds to be allocated by BPHC wherever the need is the greatest or so we can adapt to emergent community needs more adeptly.

Restricted gifts: You can also designate that your gift be used for BPHC general grants and operations, or you can restrict your gift to a specific program, event, or other purpose that is important to you. We invite you to involve us in this to ensure BPHC is able to meet your request and that the final language accurately reflects your specific interests.
