A Healthy Burlington Starts with You.

We are Burlington, Vermont’s substance misuse prevention coalition.

WHO WE ARE

The Burlington Partnership for a Healthy Community (BPHC) brings together community and public health partners to address the causes and consequences of substance misuse in our city to create a healthier place for people to live, work, and play.

We work on local strategies to reduce things contributing to substance misuse and increase things that support healthier, safer spaces for everyone.

Our ParentIN program offers parents and caregivers of adolescents in Burlington free tips, tools, and support to help children make healthy choices.

We inspire and empower Burlington youth to be leaders in supporting health in their community through education and programming.

After 18 years of serving our community, we are facing an unprecedented loss of federal funding.

We need to raise $135,000 by September 2025 in order to preserve Burlington’s sole substance misuse prevention coalition and the work we do to support public health.
